CH03 openingThroughout the years I have had the opportunity to study with some of the foremost internal and external martial arts masters in the world.

My path started from a young age by studying and obtaining black belts in a variety of external martial arts. Then in Asia my focus shifted to studying qigong,  the internal martial arts (tai chi, hsing-i and bagua), qigong tui na healing and the water tradition of Taoist meditation.

In this section I want to share with you some insights I gained from some of the tai chi and internal arts masters that have influenced my own teachings:

Liu Hung Chieh – Taoist Lineage Master

Bai Hua – Taoist Lineage Master

Wang Shu Jin – Internal Master: Incredible Chi

Morihei Ueshibi – Founder of Aikido: Where Did He Get His Power

Hung I Hsiang – Internal Master: Amazing Subtle Body Movement

Chen Man Ching – Tai Chi Master: Slow Motion and Fast Hands

Huang Hsi I – Internal Master: Therapeutic Chi

Kenichi Sawai -  Hsing-I Master:  Spirit of Martial Arts

Yang Shao Jung – Tai Chi Master: Magnetic Hands

These profiles and more on the internal martial arts can be found in The Power of Internal Martial Arts and Chi
